Meet the Team

AMIT LUTHER
Head Trainer & Founder
Amit has been working with dogs and studying with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers for several years now and is an accredited IMDT Trainer & Easy Peasy Puppy Instructor. He has a wealth of experience with dogs of all breeds and backgrounds. He also works with a local veterinary practice to help dogs with severe behavioural issues.
Amit covers South Birmingham, the West Midlands and Worcestershire.

NAYA
Assistant Trainer Dog
The newest member of the Woofology family is Niya, a striking British Lupine Dog puppy. Though she’s currently a "student" herself, Niya is already proving to be a natural addition to the team as she trains to become Amit’s right-hand girl in the field.
Being half wolf (British Lupine Dog), Niya brings a special kind of magic to her role. This breed is known for its stunning, wolf-like looks paired with a loyal, sensitive nature. What makes her such a brilliant assistant trainer is her incredible "dog sense" as she’s naturally gifted at reading body language and can communicate with other dogs in a way that’s calm, intuitive, and deeply effective.

ALEX DIEACONU
Marketing Comms Lead & Assistant Trainer
Alex works across marketing, communications, and community, helping us grow in ways that feel human, grounded, and genuinely useful. She also supports dog training, which keeps her thinking practical, people focused, and rooted in real world behaviour. Her passion started after rehabilitating her senior adopted reactive dog, Blu, and she now loves helping both people and animals thrive. Whether it’s creating content, shaping campaigns, building communities, or working hands on with dogs and their humans, Alex is all about turning ideas into action and helping others succeed.

ELIO
Therapy Dog & Assistant Trainer
Elio is a former street dog whom Amit rescued from a kill shelter in Spain.
He is great with other dogs and often comes to work with us. If you have an anxious, reactive, or under socialised dog, Elio's incredible dog-to-dog communication skills are what you need.
